I need some advice on this lease for a 335i Coupe with the below options. Could any of you gurus help me out? I've run the numbers and I am familiar with how a lease works, but I am looking for some outside perspective. Thank you very much in advance.

Does that look like a good deal?

Does that look like a good deal?

Monthly payment looks fairly reasonable based on your cap cost, but really need to know what your residual is as well as the money factor. What are the fees? Over $3,000 seems big.
