service light reset HELP!!!!!
hello lads,
followed (incorrectly) the service light reset instructions on here, managed to reset a rear brake inspection light. Now both brake warning lights are showing the pads as requiring replacement, aswell as a red warning light on the main dash display. local indie garage says both sets will have to be replaced to enable the lights to reset!!!! any ideas?????????????????? |

Are the sensors expensive? |

I changed them on May-June when I replaced all my brake pads and I bought them from ebay for less than 10 pounds each (you will need one for the front axle and one for the rear axle). the ones I bought are made from Meyle (German products) which has a fair/ good name in cars' spare parts. you could give a try on ebay too
