I saw Sunday floating around on the forums, is this still being planned for on Saturday?

It was brought up by a few members who are unable to make the Saturday date; that maybe we could see if there would be enough interest in switching to Sunday, September 6th.

Since the original poll was posted about 2 weeks ago and Saturday was the overwhelming choice by the majority; I feel we should stick to the Saturday date.

There has been a great deal of interest shown for the Saturday date ........ not to mention, there are several forums within Bimmerpost, E46fanatics & Bimmerforums who do not frequent these threads enough to become aware of a change in venue this late in the game. I would hate to see some show up on Saturday not realizing the meet was changed to Sunday.

So, as to keep any confusion to a minimum, I feel the original plan of attack should remain in place. I realize there are several who had planned to attend only to find that, due to outside scheduling conflicts, they will be unable to attend. We still have just over a week before "GO TIME" and hopefully many of the original attendees will be able to work something out for next weekend's meet.

Of course, majority rule applies here and I am merely voicing my opinion and concerns.

Let's stick to Saturday to late for changing it up now. Our indecisiveness will cost us people already excited and ready to do this. Not to mention backtracking and changing all the other postings on the other forums.

I can do either days, but have to agree with Toad. Only being a week out and multiple forums notified, it would be pretty difficult to change last minute.
