HELP:My CIC is bricked again,can't update CIC-62(GW)

I'm going crazy,CIC is bricked again
I have updated CIC-63 and CIC-A0
but can't update or program CIC-62(gateway)

If I choose to update
have this error

If I choose to program
have this error

INPA show in UIF have this error,
What is the problem

I can update or program some modules,like PDC/KOMI/GS, include CIC-MMI(63)/CIC-HD(A0)
But can't update or program CIC-GW(62), the CIC is bricked now
I am going crazy!
