I am the third owner and purchased the car with about 58k miles. My reason for selling is, because I need to get into something with lower payments.

Accident History-
The car was involved in one accident a few months back. I ran over a pretty large rock that cracked the oil pan. The engine was replaced by the insurance. The engine in the car now is from a 4 door Auto 335i that had 23k miles and was involved in a side impact accident. The new engine in the car has under 25k miles right now.

Maitenance-
Along with the new engine the car also has a new flywheel and stock clutch. All other necessary hardware like throw out bearing and bolts were also replaced.

Both turbos have also been rebuilt and have about 2k miles on them. The car runs flawlessly and shifts perfectly. Does not burn oil and does not smoke at all. I have paperwork for everything that was done to the car.

In the pictures you can see the minor imperfections in both the interior and exterior.

Front bumper has some rock chips that the previous owner tried to cover up with touch up paint. Drivers side door has one scratch and one small dent. Rear bumper has 2 small dents also.

Interior is nearly perfect. The only issue is the seat belt hitting the aluminum trim on both driver and passenger side.

I'm asking $22,250 OBO. I think its fair considering all the expensive stuff has been taken care of.

I will also take a partial trade valued between 5-6k. Looking for something economical on gas with 4 doors.
