I might as well dip my toes into this epically long thread. I have an 07 335i, I have owned it 3 years, but just began the process of going FBO with a tune.

I too have all the symptoms on HPFP failure and Injection failure. I'm still on index 1!

I have an airbag and blower motor recall. Not much use there. My last two options are as follows:
1. Send a strongly worded email to BMW
2. Pay out of pocket for parts.

We all know option 2 is my only real option. Thank God for FCP Euro and their warranty.

I'll let you know if my email bears any fruit!

I have a 'new to me' 2008 335Xi with 28k very pampered miles. Is there anywhere online to check if it has open recalls, or if they have been completed? Can an authorized BMW dealership answer that, or should I put in a call to BMW Customer Service? Thanks!

So, as far as we know, there's still no solution. Just will make it easier to get pumps replaced?
