How to remove console panel around rear vents/ash tray?

I did a search and there a million threads and a DIY on how to remove the console trim on the top because it seems to be a popular thing to wrap those.

However, does anyone know how to remove the console bezel around the rear vents and ash tray. I attached a picture to help remove any confusion.

Do I just need to yank real hard? I'd hate to break something that I shouldn't so I thought I'd ask. Or do I need to remove the whole center console first?

For any future searchers. You just need to press down on the tabs at the top and pull back. It pops right out.
