ABS 4X4 yellow brake light

OK everyone, I am new to this posting stuff but I am having trouble. I had the brake light come on so I replaced the brakes and the rear sensor, did not replace the front sensor (did replace the front brakes).

The ABS 4x4! light comes on. I had a friend scan the codes which came up as a right rear wheel sensor. Replaced that and the lights are still on. I tried the "turning the steering wheel to the left and then to the right" to no avail.

Oh by the way, my car is a 2006 330xi with 130000 miles on it.

So bottom line, 4X4! ABS light on.....yellow brake light on......oh also the cruise control does not work either.

HELP!!!

Hey I just played this game.

If you replaced the sensor. Its possible the bearing instead is bad....

We had two bearings end up either being wrong or defective. They were Timken boxed but repackaged F.A.G. bearings. The codes showed them as bad abs speed sensors.

So look into the bearing being bad.

Thanks, will do. Should I replace the front brake sensor even if it shows it is okay?? Sounds dumb....but how do you tell if the wheel bearing is bad...never done one. thanks.

Mine turned out to be a bad wheel bearing, thoufht it was the transfer case actuator motor, put a new one on and that wasn't it. Oh well, I did get a drain and fill on its fluid as well as the transmission while I was down there, shifts like butter now, after that and upgrading software/coding
