Will these be a problem ?

Planning to get some rims and been searching around for answers but no luck.

Will these fits?

Size: 18x10.0
Size: 18x8.5
Both with 25mm offset

Tires that i were planning to buy were 245/35/18 and 225/40/18

I wanted a stretch tire look at first but now reading around, some people said it is really aggressive but no answer as to if it'll actually fit.

Info about car:
Fenders rolled
Dropped on H&R springs

Any help would be great!

They'll fit but tire sizes should be
225/40/18 and 265/35/18
Or
235/40/18 and 275/35/18

If you want to go with that , it's OK. Will make fitting them easier and you wanted stretched look. You might even consider small spacers with 245/35/18, but you will find out that, when you put the wheels on, if there is room. http://tyrestretch.com/10.0_245_35_R18/
