D1S 6000K and 8000K headlight Bulbs For Sale

If anybody needs headlight bulbs I can get a pair of brand new D1S 6000K or 8000K high quality bulbs for $50. I have the same type of bulbs running in my 2008 328i convertible right now. Don't pay $500 at the dealer or $100-200 elsewhere. Email me at atlbimmers@yahoo.com.

When I order them they come in as Phillips bulbs. The vendor doesn't advertise them as Phillips Bulbs , they advertise them as their own and state that they are high quality and compared to the bulbs I've tried before these, they are high quality.

Here is the backstory on this whole bulb situation:

I had a terrible time with bulbs when I had to replace mine. I bought them from Dynamic Sound in Norcross and with the first pair one worked and one didn't and then they gave me a second pair and one worked and one worked when it wanted to. So I gave up on Dynamic sound. Boris over at Solo Motorsports told me that Dynamic Sound sells cheap low quality bulbs so I found this source that guaranteed that they were high quality.

I haven't had a problem with them at all. They worked perfect when I put them in and they have been working fine ever since.

I had same issue with low quality bulbs. One side worked perfectly. Other side (driver's side) flickered and sometimes started up, sometimes did not want to.

Thought they blew my ballasts but didn't. Did your ballast blow?

No the ballast didn't blow, just cheap bulbs.

1)The first set, one worked one didn't work at all.

2)The second set, one worked one worked when it wanted to.

3)The new higher quality bulbs worked with no issues at all.

lets see how long they last, a little under two months is still too early to tell... would be great if you can post pics of them as well, then in a few months post updated pics again to see how their colors have set in.

Photos of the 6000K bulbs

Here are the photos of the 6000k bulbs in action on my car. I took the photos with my IPhone so I hope the pics are ok. I took the pics at night so you can get a better idea of the color.

I'm not selling the bulbs on my car, I have brand new high quality bulbs I sell to Atlanta e90post members for $50. I want people on here to avoid the hassle I went through of trying to find good bulbs. Read the entire thread and you will see that I had a terrible time getting good 6000K bulbs for my car. So I'm helping guys save money from the stealer dealer($500 a pair) and get some good quality bulbs for $50 a pair. Someone earlier asked me to post photos of the bulbs on the car so they could see the color which is why I posted them.

I will also consider shipping at an additional charge if someone really wants to purchase some bulbs.

Any loss in output compared to the OEM 4300K's? If not, I'll buy a set. Could you bring a pair to the next meet?

From my understanding, when you go to 6000k there will be some loss of lumens output because the higher the kelvin temperature the more lumens lost. And with these it is no different. I feel like these bulbs have just a little more hint of blue than OEM 4300K which will cause the loss of lumens. I personally think it's very minor but you can see it for yourself the next time you see my car. Shoot me a pm so we can talk on the phone.

That would be great if I could compare it to the 6000K's that I have now and see if there are any differences. Thanks!

So far several satisfied customers with BMW's, Chrysler's and Lincoln's. I'm hoping to be able to get some 4300K bulbs for those that want the straight factory look.
