CCC -> CIC with Combox

Hey guys,

I have a CCC iDrive unit with the 6fl option. I just ordered a CIC iDrive that included a combox unit. Will I be able to swap it straight over and get the new 6FL benefits? Do I need to replace my current USB port for the 6fl to work with combox? I've tried searching but for whatever reason cannot find a lot of info on combox retrofits.

I think you will be fine once you plug in the 6fl usb wire from mulf into the combox 6fl usb spot.
