Cobb Map then Alpina TCU Flash & Codes: Question

I've been searching the forums but can't find the clear answer to this question. I have the Cobb AP3 aggressive map installed on my 2011 E90 N55 and today I had the Alpina TCU flash done plus a few basic codes added. Will the Alpina TCU flash and codes be lost if I uninstall the Cobb map for a service appointment and then reinstall the Cobb map? Will I lose the TCU code if I uninstall the Cobb then reinstall it?

Cobb doesn't remove the coding done on your car when it's uninstalled.

Source: I went from Cobb with full custom coding including Alpina B3 and switched to JB4 without any issues.

The cobb shouldn't affect your coding or your alpina flash. I've installed/uninstalled the cobb several times and never had any issues.

One is a TCU flash and one is an ECU flash- both are independent of one another when it comes to programming or flashing

Cool. I also had some codes changed (digital speedo, window/roof fob, dvd in motion, unlock on stop, etc.) and was worried I might lose those if I uninstall the Cobb.
