Pricing depends on what car you have....
http://www.eurocharged.ca/products/b...uning/3-series
Looks like the 325i cost more than the 328i.

Well I installed the 3 stage intake so I needed a new flash to smooth out the power. For sure they got rid of the dead band (or minimized it) and I do feel the extra torque and HP (but that is also from the 3 stage intake). With the 3 stage intake they claim it is "around the 25-35hp and 25-30tq"

Looks like Pfaff tuning in Vaughan also does BMW... but looks like they also use Eurocharged.

thanx for the info. mine is a 2008 323i, and they come with the 3-stage intake stock. a lot of old threads from like 2007-09 identify this, but back then tuning was hard to come by apparently. i need the euro market e90 2.5L 325i performance tuning.

i will give those places a shout. thanks again for all replies.

Hmmm this is interesting. .. do you have these posts? I have a 323 as a second vehicle and could of sworn all 323 did not have this. Pretty sure they all came N52 and the N51 had 3 stage

I thought the 323 had the 2.5L engine?

Anyway apparently they put the Japanese engine software in mine before tuning it.

pic is same as my under hood, DISA is where it should be on the 3 stage manifold

i'll post more as i find them, but the 323i is a 2.5L, "detuned"

i'll post more as i find them. my 323i is my daily driver, but has become my tinkering car as i have sold my toy recently. vossen cv3's 19" 9" front with 245/35/19 and 10.5" rears with 275/30/19, Tein springs, Dinan fixed camber plates, Koni yellows going in next week, oem HID swap, euro air box, euro rear fog switch, flow master 40 muffler, and currently a BMS pbx.

so far, it looks like this:

read your post just now in the other thread, sounds like you're happy with what you got, and you noticed the difference. i've emailed both of them for pricing, thanx

That is interesting. Never knew it has a DISA. If you can get a tune you probably won't need the BMS box

What you need to do in addition to your mods is remove the secondary cat and resonator and add a Y pipe to your exhaust. Flow master must be loud?

surprisingly the flow master is not loud at all. its got a nice deep tone, not raspy, a hair of drone in the city in final gear, but i eave the shifter in DS in the city and the drone is gone. its much milder than everyone expects. i will get the secondary cat out, maybe leave the resonator to se how my flow master sounds before i pull the resonator. do i need a dummy o2 if i remove secondary cat?

heard from Vlad already, got a price. i'll be off to see them in a couple weeks. PBX will come out before i go there. he said it will be the euro tune that i get.

just installed my Koni adjustable struts this afternoon, rear shocks tomorrow. struts were surprisingly easy.

I spoke to Vlad a few days ago also, about my 2007 323i, and he said he would take the existing software from my car, and tweak that (rather than flash a euro software in it's place).

Anyone can chime in on what's the better approach?

If the 2007/2008 323i does indeed have the 3-IM, what other changes are there between that and the Euro 325i besides software? I hear possibly 2ndary cats... anything else?

Any thoughts on gains from the tune without doing any work on the exhausts / 2ndary?

Comments on the throttle response gains from the tune vs. a BMS PBX? I also currently have a PBX which I will be removing when the car gets tuned.
Thanks!

did he happen to say why the tweak of the existing tune vs euro tuning? i'm thinking the performance tweaks to the euro tune would be better, but i don't know enough about it, there may be lots i don't know about.

Don't need dummy O2 if you remove secondary cat.... the O2 is only on the primary. In fact Vlad and the guys at Eurocharged can do all the exhaust work for you too... when I was there they were working on a 135 with muffler delete. It does look nice but might be pricey.

The only thing I can think of for Europe is that they may have different gas than us here.

cool, good to know. i have an exhaust guy i use for all my builds. just did 3" single cat cobb down pipe on the wife's wrx, and he's done both my mustangs and the flow master on the e90. if it winds up being too loud, i'll look at the DINAN or the PE, or even magna flow.

Which exhaust guy is this? Please share if you'd recommend him.

I test drove the 323i and 325i back in 2008 when I bought my car CPO.
The 323i felt very sluggish with the 2.5l (which is why I ended up with 325i), but then I also randomly test drove a Z4 (similar generation) with the 2.5l, it felt much faster.
I wonder if it was the engine tuning itself, or if the weight and other factors were the reason for that.. just a random thought re: that engine.

If the exhaust is too loud try magnaflow or borla. Did some YouTube and they sound pretty good. Maybe the borla one is better. In Toronto I want to check out Nozyboyz heard some good reviews and they have done muffler delete on a 3 series before.

I thought the 325 has the 3.0L engine? At least the ones I have seen.

were they auto or manual? mine is an auto, and it felt really lazy getting up to speed. the BMS PBX helped with that a lot, but thats all throttle response amplification, i'm not convinced there is any actual tuning there. acceleration feels choppy and not smooth, so i'm excited for this tuning, from what i hear it will definitely feel different.

All were manual.. never thought to try an auto, actually.
