Please help: Removing interior trim and wires

Hi,

I'm having some issues with removing interior trim Can someone explain to me what I'm doing wrong? It's almost impossible to unclip the wire for the hazard indicator. First there is minimum room to work with which I thought would be the case but no matter how hard I push down, it just doesn't unclip. I don't think I'm supposed to remove the vents first. The first wire I was easily able to unclip but the one behind it is really hard. What is the best way to go?

I was able to get a hold of the wires and pull straight back really hard. That was the only way i was able to get it off; however, I don't know if I would recommend it.

If that doesn't work removing the vents first would probably be a good idea.

tweezers or a flat head screw driver. putting it back in is annoying.

have fun taking off the vents! just go slow and do one by one.

The clips are at the bottom as well, where you approach the wires from? I guess I'll give that a shot.

I approached the wires the same as you are. I just had to pull until I thought my finger was going to come off, then it popped off.
