Patric so I tell you.
I had 225/45/17 front and 255/40/17 rear.
I have bought 18" rims with tires 225/40/18 front and 255/35/18 rear.
And diameter of 17 is lower than 18.
I will check it today exactly and wil give you some numbers.

ps. Even when you calculate according to all norms etc changes from the small tires into some bigger for example 205/55/16 into 225/40/18 - it should be perfect but there is always a difference and you can not help it.

Lukas

you don't see ?

1) this UGLY border on the outter of the rim. the branches all finish onto this border ...

2) do you see the holes for the screws ? Between those holes are other one. They are not as big as mine. i think the holes must be bigger, like mine. i dislike those too small one on the non-sexy

3) something you don't see, the offset. Mine are REAR offset 28, which the "ugly one" don't offer, if i'm right (they stay at 34)

my opinion is : once you know the differences, i CANNOT buy the other one

Old thread I realize, but since they were so popular and had so many requests I thought someone might find these wheels available in the US useful. They seem to have a lot of other refurb'd BMW wheels as well. I think I found this company because they sell on ebay and the feedback was good, but check it out yourself before buying anything. I can't attest to the artistic quality of the wheels as they all look pretty close to me. These seem to be claimed to be genuine but refurbished.

Those are REAL M5 rims and will not fit a 3 series. The gray e91 has replicas make to fir a 3 series. I have not seen any reps anywhere near as nice as the set on the Gray touring.

Yo, I know this is quite old topic BUT, I was just wondering how did you apply the oval exhaust tip to the muffler?

The oval exhaust is what you see on euro-spec diesels...

D'uh, I meant the Breyton's exhaust tip, which he had. Did he cut the old one off and welded the Breyton's on it? Or did he just put it over the old one?
