CIC module didn't startup, but the radio was on, what's wrong?
Problem: I started my 2011 328i today but the CIC module/navigation unit didn’t turn on, it just shows a black screen, but the radio is on when I press the volumn button. When I got to my destination and turned the car off and took the key out, the radio was still playing. I even left and came back to repark the car and when I opened the door the radio was still playing even though the key wasn’t in the ignition. I had to press the volumn button to turn off the radio. I tried to reset the radio by holding the volume button for 25 seconds but nothing happened. What’s the issue?
