that is a bit trickier, but there is a service called trapcall that will basically redial you with the called id unblocked. it basically fwd's the calls to an 800 number, which for billing purposes must show a tel number, and redials you with the unblocked CID. other than that, call trace thru telco's, but they usually give you all kinds of grief if you try to do that.
