I would have to do research on that, but like I said in another thread I don't see it being an issue to bolt on or 3M double side tape to your bumper.

I was going to put it on my previous car, which had a M3 Rep bumper. I purchased it from another member here that had a M3 Rep bumper with it so it shouldn't be an issue.
