Arrow 19" type 249 silver/gunmetal (6 series) on E92 ~ 335i

Last week, I finally had my car lowered at my BMW dealer (Eibach Pro 35/25 mm).
In their showroom, I saw a new 635D with the new type 249 wheels (5-spoke silver + gunmetal). Looked beautiful, especially the huge concavity, resulting in an ET-value of 14 !

Anyway, I asked them if they would like to put 2 of these rims onto my E92 ~ 335i ... and so it happened.
I let them fit the front wheels (245/40/19 on an 8,5J~ET14) only, because the rear wheels are definitely way too wide (275/35/19 on an 9J~ET14)!
(My excuses for the poor quality - and background - of the photos and definitely of the way they're taken; even with a very good camera, I can't take nice pictures

My conclusions:

- They look and fit way better on an E63
- In the back I could just get away with the 8,5" with 245's; but in the front absolutely not! In real, it looked more like a tractor wheel than a beautiful BMW wheel (the frontwheel was almost 1" wider than the outside of the fender...
(almost everyone at my dealer's garage liked my OEM 230's better)
- 245/35/19 and 245/30/19 tyres would already look better, but wouldn't solve the problem.
- I stil love the concavity of an ET14; even as the gunmetal accent on these wheels, but it just doesn't fit a 3 series imo...

Think I will go for the Brock B22 BiColors, but they aren't available in a size wider than 8" ...

That's the worst part of all. My car was lowered (35/25 mm) 2 days before.
In real life, after fitting these 249 wheels, the gap between the fender and the tyres was much smaller than it looks like on these pictures. You couldn't stick a finger between them...
But my issue is that today, one week after the lowering, the car still hasn't dropped more than +/- 23/10 mm!! And I didn't pay that much for a drop you almost can't see without measuring! .

I will give it another 2 weeks, but if the car still hasn't dropped more than 30/20 mm by then; I will go back to my dealer and ask what the problem is: the fitment or the Eibach springs ?!
