e92 m3 reps or 230's PICTURES

Im trying to decide which wheels will suit my car better.I had the 230's on before and regretted selling them ever since.I have the m3 reps in my garage but before I mount tires I need some opinions.what do you think would look better. your opinions are much appreciated. The 230 pics are of my car.

I prefer the five spoke compared to the ten spoke which from far away looks more like a hubcap!!! But thats my opinion!!

I voted 230s but I think the VS8s would look better than both.

probably. Ive had csl style wheels for too long.I think I want something different.I just sold my vs7's.nice wheels but a little too chunky around the lip which sometimes made it seem like an 18" rim.

The problem I have with the M3 rep is that there is no lip and the spokes are pretty flushed to the rim...I had a prior experience with choosing rims and chose a rim very similar to the M3 reps...When i installed them on, from a distance they really looked like hubcaps compared to the original five spoke wheels that i had on...Long story short, I sold the ten spokes for a loss and ordered a new style five spoke rim...I learned my lesson...But I would install the side of the car first front and back and see what u think before you go ahead and install it on all four!!! Good luck because its has to be one of the worst feeling to buy something to asthetically make the car look better, but do the opposite!!!

I should have bought them with tires so I could throw them on and see how it looks.

Very nice looking car you have there.

I personally like the 230s on your car better than the vs7 you had on there. I say go back to the 230s but I'm a little biased.

230's......not a huge fan of the new M3 wheels....or the e46 M3 wheels for that matter.

I saw the 230's on a sedan for the first time the other day and I must say they make the car look way better.

+1 one on the hub cap thing. They certainly don't look like hubs. I like both wheels but from a performance perspective I choose the M3 reps, even at their larger diameter they are way lighter than the OEM 5 spokes. I just don't like OEM wheels period.
Of course I am biased also.

im still trying to make my mind up with the m3's,to me the spokes look to squared and clinical as oposed to rounded edges if you get my point.

im still in favour of csl's,i cant help it.

the diameter of both wheels is the same. both are 19" wheels.
