Adding a 2nd or 3rd Aux-In?

Good Day Everyone.
I have a 2009 E90 with the factory iPod integration in the arm rest.
Looking to add Sat radio as well.
(The cost of the factory unit is insane and I was just told I would need to replace my radio as well).
The car is SAT prepped.
Is there a way, (aftermarket or otherwise, to add a second AUX port to the Professional Stereo?
