What is different? The glare makes it hard to see too much.

They are a little past icy blue at turn on, but heat to a bluish color with a slight purple hue. They match the OSS Designs LED Angel Eyes very well. I plan to take pictures head on, but most importantly on the ground and against a wall to depict color well. Any other requests?
Not from me... I'm sure you will do a thorough job as usual!

Looks like you corner is smoked or blacked out. Whereas on mine he painted or covers the reflective material behind the corner, and left the corner clear. I'm not complaining just pointing out some difference I saw. My car is white so I think it will look good.

Sorry about the pics, they are from my cell.

Ahh, I looked back and you are right. Maybe he felt that was a better process? I think both seem to look real good.

Yea, they both look great, I'm ready to leave work now and go install them now. Again I'm definitely looking forward to your D1S review.

Almost sounds like the amber delete was done according to your car color. Did they ask what your car color was when processing your order? Although I prefer the blackout work on FBIS', I can see how the one on runthis' would look better on a white/light colored car.

Below is Luis' original version of the Blackout. This is for a full stealth "murdered out" look:

The latest Blackout (v2) would be the "reverse blackout". It wasn't introduced until after FBIS' install. This is more ideal especially for those that are going with the ///OSS PSY24W LED turn signal conversion.

Thanks for another remarkable review. I am running the camaross kit currently as well and was really tossing the OSS idea around. Your review/comparison has definitely put it on my to do list.
I would also say that Mike is an amazing vendor to work with and has always helped me with anything I need (to include the issues I had with kits he didn't sell me).

SSDD, thanks for the kind words. I think you will absolutely love the OSS Design Angels. They really are the only ultimate solution for the E92 angel eyes period in all the testing I have done. It is just a bonus that Mike is involved because he is a pleasure to purchase from.

You won't regret it. There is no comparison period with any other angel eye setup. It is just that good.

For me, I honestly wish I just went this route from the beginning. I tried 4 different options before finding the best.

I cracked my headlights once before and promised myself I would never do it again. That adhesive in there can make an enormous mess of your headlights if you don't know what you are doing.

is it just me of is the inner ring not sitting centered? it looks like you can still see the older ring behind the new ring? is that obvious when you see it in person? is there any close up you can do of each ring and how its mounted? Also do you remember if your low beam projector lens looked a little foggy before you sent it in? Im noticing that now and am looking to see if that can be cleaned up if i were go do something like this. I have a set of TSX projectors and their lens are like crystal clear while the lens on my 335 are a bit opaque. thanks

-Jon

I noticed the old angel eye behind the new one too and I agree that it looks a bit fugly. As for the slightly opaque lens, that is on purpose. Some projector lenses are crystal clear (Acura TSX) and others are made a bit more opaque (E92). It is just the design of the projector from the factory. It is usually possible to do a lens conversion but it would likely be expensive and may or may not improve output.
