What should be my tire size?

Whats up fellas maybe somebody could help me out.
Recently I have purchased a set of 18in custom built CCWs. The fronts are 9 inches wide and the rears are 11 inches wide bead to bead.
The front tires that are on now are 215/40/18 and the rear tires are 265/35/18

Now what my problem is is that I have a 200 328xi awd and the tires make the fronts different from the backs in circumference which will destroy my transfer case.
Some guys were telling me just to switch my friends to 235/40/18
And other people are telling me that tire size won't really make any difference than what I have
Also I need to take the stretch of the tire into consideration
Does anybody have an idea of what size I can do to replace the fronts to match the rears or to replace the rears to match the fronts??
Anybody's help would be much appreciated thanks

I would go with 225/40/18 still have the stretch and will work fine with 265/35/18 tyre at xdrive. It will have 0.8% difference and 1% is the limit. What offset your 18x9 and 18x11 have?
