Hey Sammy,

A potential idea is to use LuceProdukt rings instead of eBay ones for more reliability: link These are the same rings that 180Customs uses and they are supposedly very high quality: link

I am thinking about doing this mod on my own car (still not 100% comfortable lol) and if I do, I think I'm going to try the luceprodukt rings. They're more expensive but I think it's worth it from a piece of mind standpoint.

Great DIY! What type of sand paper did you end up using, and the thickness of the plexiglass?

Great write up! I purchased the same LEDs as the OP, reused by error canceller from my old LEDs. Everything came out looking amazing! Thanks!

Are the ring size for an 07 e90 headlight 106mm (inner) and 115mm (outer)?, can anyone confirm this? if these are the right measurements should i order them from luce produkt at 75$ a set. I will need two so 150$ for both headlights isn't bad at all.
