Seems good to me. I paid 41610 for mine, an identical msrp setup (htd seats + comfort access instead of full cold weather pkg). This is about $1000 over invoice, including MACO.

According to my calculations, you are paying $1370 above invoice. From what I've seen, paying anywhere from $1000 to $1500 above invoice is a good deaL. If you want to see what others in the Pittsburgh area are paying go to www.Edmunds.com and price out the 330i with your options. Edmunds will give you the MSRP, Invoice Price, and the "TMV" or True Market Value (avg of what others are paying in your area by zip code).

Keep in mind dealers do get charged a $300 - $400 maco (advertising) fee, which does not appear in most online invoice calculations. This is avoidable with European Delivery, but not with regular ordering, or buying from the lot.
