Clutch drag or gearbox problem after clutch change?

I’d really appreciate some thoughts on this please. The clutch in my car was changed to 550i clutch. Now when the car is cold, it’s hard to get into first gear and reverse or sometimes second gear. There’s no crunching sound and with engine off there’s no problem shifting gears. Getting into gears is much easier once car is warm. Any idea what the issue could be? The clutch was bled and issue still there. Car does not creep forward if clutch is disengaged and car is in gear so not sure if this sounds like clutch is dragging or gearbox has a problem now? This was never an issue before the clutch change. Has anyone had such a problem before and found a solution?
