Tuner Trophy:
1st. BBi 996TT
2nd. HG Corvette ZR1


BBi 996TT ran out of ms109. He put in some leaded 110 which caused car to act weird.

Prior to the second run the 996TT beat the Switzer E900 by two car lengths.

That 996tt was incredible. And i feel for him. Running 110 leaded when your car is tuned for 100oct will result in a power loss. Unless you are able to modify your tuning map on track (more advance, leaner AFR targets, more boost)

Hey guys!! I'm still trying to get home!!! Damn! It was a great pleasure meeting everyone! I was going to stay longer but the intensity was starting to die off and about 1:30pm I only had 3 runs in. I ended up calling it quits early and took off. If we had had a service road for drivers to exit, things would have been much faster!

My car ran pretty decent. In the 3 runs, no losses but I cheated and would sabotage the competitors cars!
Kidding.. In all honesty, I was having some mechanical issues before coming and they all came back as soon as I hit ridgecrest so I was happy I didn't beat on her more. I just hit Seattle so another 3 hrs to be home!! Yeah!!

Also I did run the S4! The guys were awesome. I did beat it by a couple of cars but it should have been a bit closer as the driver had a kickdown on his gears as we launched. Rolling, he couldn't catch me and on the higher gears, it seemed like I was pulling but still, not bad!!

It was good meeting you and the other guys. It was fun seeing how your car with the A/T did against me. I think that was my best race of the day. Super tired from all the driving I did this weekend. We got home around 10pm that night in SF.

I wanted to get a rematch with SRanch335i because my meth cut on on my first run with him. He and others seemed pretty booked up all day it was hard to get in on some of these good races. Still had a blast and think that everyone should try out an event like this.

Big props to the Shift-S3ctor guys Ryan and Jason for putting this event on. Very well organized and I will be looking forward to future events. Now I just need that single turbo to be able to play with the big dogs.
