Catless DP

any way to pass NYS emmissions inspection with a catless DP without removing them? Will an o2 sim do it or will that just prevent it from throwing a code?

The O2 sim will just prevent the CEL from appearing but will not reduce emissions from the lack of cats. If NY State does a sniffer test, your car won't pass without cats.

NYS only does an obd2 scan....

In that case, you may be able to get away with it. The only issue is they may smell the excess gas if the car is running at idle.
