They has withdrawn the money from my credit card but after 4 days they don't answer to my email.

I have purchased from Italy and I don't speak well English on the phone.

They has quickly responded in email :mad: before I purchased.

Now that I have purchased they have not answered for 4 days.

Got the lights 1 or 2 weeks later

Came with like literally 30 stamps on the box

Overall im happy with them

Previously bought my Osrams 6000k from suvlights. Have nothing but good things to say about them. Im sure you guys will get your lights soon.

International orders

We did respond by email within a few (3) days of when the order was placed, because of the language difference perhaps he asked the same questions already asked and answered multiple times.

We also cannot be responsible for Italy's Postal System (which is very bad for packages from the US - ask any knowledgeable USPS person). We ship usually same or within a few days of receiving an order- so its really not necessary to repeatedly email us asking if the order shipped, if we have a problem we will contact you. I did also ask this person to post our response:

Questions regarding Osram (Sylvania) D1S 6000K bulbs

Q: Do you have in stock?

A: We have over 3,000 (not a misprint) !!! We are the only people (other than for a small number at Osram Sylvania) with the bulbs- we are the ones supplying to PIAA (indirectly) who get the bulbs from a company that purchased from us.

We cover shipping questions in our FAQ section on shipping, want to know how much and how long? contact us about the item weight and/or figure that a pair of D1S bulbs has a weight 1 lbs AND go direct to usps.com, ups.com, fedex.com, dhl.com and use our zip code and yours (or country) with a weight of 1 lbs for a pair of bulbs for the answer.

I suggest you spend extra for faster delivery as the Italian Post Office is slower than the 10 day estimated delivery given by the US Postal Service (usps.com) for Air Mail

You mistake Jen. I have quickly paid the $18 additional. You immediately responded when I had not purchased yet.

I had simply asked a number of order because after you had taken the money of my credit card I have not received any email.

I have never complained about a delay of the Italian mail, simply I asked to you a track number and an email of confirmation.

Besides I had chosen and orderly a pair of * Special * PHILIPS - CrystalVision HB4 9600 for antifoglight but they has sent Osram Sylvania Silverstar saying that it is best.

I have had your track number but usps.com says that it is nonexistent.

But I will attend confident.

Now I am sure that I will receive soon my order.

We try to respond to all emails as quickly as possible, our web design & hosting company has been making changes which resulted in some contact problems, if we can't respond please be patient and know that we have been in business over 10 years, so we are not a web site that pops up one day then disappears the next. OEM Distributors like us need to demonstrate both stability & product knowledge as well as keeping a large inventory in stock. Our office phone# 626-967-3139

All international orders should use Postal EMS (Express Mail Serivce) for quickest and most reliable delivery. While Via Air Mail (Par Avion) works well for most countries such as Canada, we still recommend EMS or other delivery companies such as UPS, Fedex, or DHL

Ok but this not my error: during the order your order form allowed ONLY the shipment Air Mail!

Yes, I understand, it has been something we are working on to improve some of the website ordering.

Most of the time, if you are ordering halogen bulbs we would not charge additional for shipping outside the USA.

I would just like to take this opportunity to comment on my experience with suvlights... I ordered 3 d1s bulbs 2 at once and then I broke one and ordered another to replace it. They got the lights to me lightning fast both times two thumbs way up
