toll booth bar...

so, i was driving home last night, all of the tollbooth lanes were closed except for one, which was cash/sunpass with a clerk. anyways, i had my sunpass with me, it bleeped, yet the bar did not go up.

i was texting on my phone (silly me. flame away) and i looked down for ONE freakin second and i hit the bar.
i stopped right after the toll booth, checked for damages. seems like they will all buff out. but, there were no police officers, no one around, so i just went ahead home since it was late as hell and i was tired as fuck from the flight and all.

anyone know if there could be a citation issued or warrant out for these things?

i need to be careful nowdays since ive gotten arrested once for not paying parking tickets at FSU. ~_~

I don't have an answer to your question but by boy who was still driving in NJ with his FL license ALSO got arrested for an FSU parking ticket he got when he went there! I was laughing my ass off telling him he's the only person to ever get arrested for a parking ticket. I guess there are two people! LOL I guess these FSU tickets carry some weight. LOL

yea tallahassee authorities are real dicks. plus its a real shithole there.
