But yeah I was gonna make my list: 1) Pinstripes = Fail 2) Wheels = Fail (and I was gonna use forks too) 3) Body-colored window trim = Fail 4) MPG = Win

I'd be willing to bet it doesn't get 52mpg while doing 6.X 0-60. Driven hard it's mileage most likely drops considerably. It most likely can only do one at a time.

I really wish BMW would produce a 323d and send it to North America. This would be an outstanding daily driver and weekend trip car!
By the way, if you get the Alpina cars, you don't have to take it with the pinstripes or with those wheels. You get some choice in the matter, usually. |

New color
Courtesy of BMWBlog, there's another color to look at. It's much better than the green, in my humble opinion.

It just looks like they mixed some 80's stying with something from today. Bad combination when put together. Sometimes I wonder with all the money people put into cars how they can possible come out so ugly. Then again, the majority of people ARE morons. These guys are morons with bad taste too.

German price...
Official German price for 335i and M3 (QP)
335i = 45400€ thats about 70000$ M3 = 67150€ thats about 103532$ man, I would like to live in the states like you guys... so that D3 is not really expensive, it's much cheaper than the 335i or M3. |

Hmm, I´m starting to like Alpina. The colour and wheels and everything´s wrong, but it´s kind of cool in a quirky way!
