How the F do you private message someone?

I just joined this forum today and I have been trying to figure out how to private message someone. I know...sad.

i think you need like 25 posts to send/recieve private message

Your post count needs to be above a certain number before you can PM. Posting in the off topic section does not add to your post count btw.

I tried looking everywhere on the profile page. Cant find it.And it did say at the top that I had to have at least 5 posts and wait 24-48 hours to pm someone.
