Error Codes need advice

Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone can tell me what they think is going on. I have a 2008 335i with 124K

I recently got the following error code. Then I went out and captured some datalogs but not sure if I captured the right info. Could someone take a quick look and tell me what you think.

I used Torque GooglePlay App to log the data. I have INPA but not sure how to datalog.

I'm assuming this is telling me my catalytic converters are bad. I did recently change my O2 sensors like a week ago.

I changed both precat O2 sensors. Are those considered upstream?

Answered your question in previous post. Your cats are cooked from misfiring too and running rich too long. Replace or get catless dps.

Well I ordered ARM catless DP's yesterday and since I was going there I also ordered an ARM 7" FMIC,DCI, and charge pipe. I still spent less than replacing one new cat lol. I'm going to do two DYNO runs one before and after see how much power this POS can make.

Downpipes went on two weekends ago. Rough Idle went away when I replaced the precat o2 sensors. I dont think the DP's had anything to do with the rough idle. I was getting codes related to cat's being less efficient hence why I changed to catless DP's. I do see the shadow codes in MHD related to cats but the car is running very smooth now.
