Automatic 119,400 km Premium Package: -Tan Leatherette Seats -Electronic Memory Seats -13 Speaker Logic 7 Premium Audio (Stock) -Auto Dimming Mirrors (Rear-view and Side) -Rain Sensing Wipers -Power Sunroof -Folding Side Mirrors -Drink cooler in armrest Car was bought last August, comes with all service records from BMW dealer. It is my brothers car and he has now relocated to Calgary as of last month. I will be leaving myself for work at the end of August this year so need to sell the car soon. If you have owned a e46 you will be glad to know this has much more leg room for rear passengers! Car drives perfect, it is low-mileage and you can expect to have minimum maintenance and zero issues for another four years. In my ownership the electronic water-pump went out and was replaced, goes out at ~100k. Always used Premium Gas (have receipts) and car washed weekly in winter. Recent Work Done on the Car (only BMW original parts): - Replaced Rear Brake Pads and Rotors last year - Replaced Air Filter at 112k - Replaced Waterpump and Thermostat at 113k (parts alone cost $600~, dealer does it for around $1k+ installed) - Oil Change with BMW Synthetic at 116k Currently has BMW alloy rims with Bridgestone RFT summer tires and will include Michelin winter tires and rims. It also has a clear bra on the hood, costs couple have receipt to show cost ~$250 installed. The car had a minor accident, it was scrapped on front and rear fenders. I have included the pictures. My brother is a very picky buyer when it comes to cars, the only reason he was comfortable with the purchase is because it had all records and pictures to prove that the damage was minor that was repaired through BMW. The 3-series have always been the most solid luxury vehicles, and the best performing sedans in this price range. This car comes with all records from dealer, and the major 100k maintenance costing ~$1k+ for waterpump already done. Other cars on the market don't have records and will require waterpump very soon.
