I have a set of AST 4100 coilovers for sale that have been upgraded with the double digressive piston that is used in the AST 4150 coilovers. The double digressive piston was a $1000 upgraded and was done by AST themselves along with a rebuild. Here is a link to more information about the double digressive pistons (http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=658034)The coilovers have about 2k miles on them after the upgrade and rebuild.
The coilovers also include swift springs (F:336 lb, R:672 lb), Vorshlag camber plates, swift thrust sheets, and M3 camber links. As you can see from the pic, the rear shocks are M3 specific, hence the M3 camber links.

Yes, I believe they will fit a 135i also.

If there is a buyer for the coilovers without the plates then I would consider parting them.
