spoiler question!!

got a couple of questions (considering getting a trunk lip spoiler for my 06 325i, searched but didnt get clear answers:
1. if i decide to trade in my car later on, would a spoiler lower my trade-in value (or do i have to stick with the OEM ones?)
2. if i decide to take the spoiler off (I'm talking about the 3m taped ones), would it damage the paint?? or is it almost as simple as debading?
3. I really, really like the lip spoiler installed on the e90 m3's I have seen on the street, does BMW make an oem M3 lip spoiler? if so anyone has the part # for that ?
4. i have the silver 325i: i've seen so many lip spoilers when i look at the venders section.. also located in san diego, cali. ...any suggestions?
thanks!!

1. no effect
2. depends on how it was fixed... but i never had to take one off, though I imagine with double sided tape it will come off no problem.
3. you want m3 spoiler for your car? won't fit...
4. vendors will talk

sorry, by lip spoiler I understood was the one that goes on the front. ... if you meant the back one, of course you can just get that, it will fit. Use realoem.com to look up part numbers.

Same thing as 320 said.. worst comes to worst you can just remove it, given that you use 3m tape, which I recommend anyways, the betalink is a PITA to get off and you don't want to deal with that shit.

I suggest you get the spoiler from Tischer, they are the best place to go for OEM parts, fast shipping, low prices and great service.

btw, here are some pictures for reference,
