Halgoen to xenon

So I have a basic 08 328i Sedan with the stock halogen headlamps and I was planning to upgrade to xenon with angel eyes. I was browsing through ebay and came across this: http://cgi.ebay.ph/E90-BMW-PROJECTOR...713.m153.l1262

Would I be able to just swap out these lights to achieve this? Im not sure what quite to do or where to start...

I have a set of OEM e90 xenon headlights with all bulbs, control units, covers, etc. PM if you have an interest in buying them!!!
