How do you like the BMW Performance steering wheel? Does the flat portion of the wheel feel odd when turning? How is the alacantra?

The steering wheel is probably one of my favorite mods. At first I thought to myself did I really pay that much for a freaking wheel but when it came in it was amazing. The flat part doesn't feel weird at all when turning. And the alacantra does get a little worn down after a while. There's a method that the owner of EAS knows to clean it to get all the nasty dirt and oils from your hands out to make it look new though

It was something that I was really wanting, but I had never thought about the flat bottom causing issues until recently.

I'm glad to hear a positive review! If it's cleaned, then does that restore it to nearly new, or does the alacantra wear off?

It looks basically new. I've seen the steering wheel on the track e92 m3 at eas. When I go in for alignment and to lower the rear next week I'll be getting mine cleaned for them
