Whats going on e90post!
I am a new member to the forum but a long time fan. I recently traded my 2011 335i for this sweet 2012 335is..! It's stock but i am really considering getting the JB4 http://www.burgertuning.com/jb4_pnp_...nce_tuner.html I would appreciate if anybody could give me some feedback on the Jb4. Is it worth it ? My car is a lease, which i will most likely trade in for the new M3 whenever they come out.. Here she is : Thanks for reading, David Last edited by david 335is; 04-27-2012 at 09:44 PM.. |

Congrats! Did you place an order for your vehicle? If yes, our 335is' were probably on the same vessel and train, which arrive at Port Hueneme a few days ago. Mine made it to the dealer last night and will sign final paperwork today.

Unfortunately i dont remember, i'd have to look at the paper work. I know the owner of a BMW dealer so they hooked it up. It was a 2011 335i, with about 13k miles.

Its 2012, 2012 335is kept the N54
It was between the new redesigned 2012 335i or 2012 335is. It was a tough choice but i went with the power of the 335is instead of the redesigned 335i heres the sticker

I believe you went from n55 to n54 (which is a wise idea).

I've read that n54 is better, but never knew the full details. Do you mind explaining ? Thank you,

Many say it has much more potential. We honestly don't know the full extent of the n55's power, but the n54 has been very successful. The n54 also has the new single turbo system out there that can reach nearly 650 HP! Many exhaust systems out there sound best on the n54 as well.. Basically you have 75% of the market in your favor. I would get the n54 just so that I can tune it more easily. Enjoy,

Probably the best tune you can do. We don't have that for the n55.

Looks great - welcome - congrats!
I would keep the car stock for now, it has more power than it can handle. Trust me.
