5:30am @ the Chinese theater sounds good. Forecast says it'll be cold, but it looks like the rain/snow has moved on to Sunday. If all goes well, it should make for a fairly clear drive over Monument.

Yesterday was a blast! I can't wait for driving school later this month.

Really like the exhaust on your E90!
I had a ton of fun yesterday as well, might have to pick up autocrossing next season. |

Thanks. The wheels on your E92 look great. I might have to get some wheels myself this summer after seeing those.
I'll definitely have to try out autocross or some other driving events too. If you guys are going to any other get togethers or events, let me know. I don't always check here.

You are going to the driving school at HPR right? Sid, Vincent (Xiaofeng) and Me are going to that as well (and Alex).

Definitely. I'll be there on both days. Can't wait!
On another note. A funny thing I realized. I had my suspension set to the softest "comfort" setting all day during the CCC.

@Sid: Lol, mine look pretty beat up too. Probably should've inflated the tires a few more pounds on each corner to lessen the sidewall rollover, but didn't get the chance to.
@SlamMan: Nice Interlagos E90! My favorite ///M color. Like Craig mentioned, really like the sound of your exhaust. We were talking about it while we were working the corners. Looking forward to seeing you guys again at HPR. Should be a blast!

Don't forget your mechanical inspection, guys. Some of you may need new pads and a brake fluid flush. I'm doing my flush today with Motul 600. 'Bout time I do the CDV delete, which I'm not looking forward to as I don't have the hands of a midget dwarf.

I just changed out my brake fluid (ATE Super Blue) and diff fluid (Red Line 75w90) yesterday, going to go in for my inspection this week. My brake rotors are getting a pretty good lip to them, but hopefully they are still ok. I don't have a gauge for them...really should buy one. Might also need to bleed the brakes a bit more, not sure they feel right yet.
BTW, at 35k miles, diff fluid was still very clear, hardly darkened at all, but god that stuff stinks. |

Where is everyone getting their inspection done? There's mention of getting it done free on the sign up page but no details. I don't know if there's anything else I should do to prepare the car for PDS.

Its been in the monthly RMCBMWCCA newsletters...Murray BMW does it, along with all of these guys
http://www.rmcbmwcca.org/legacy/Driv...ool/Docs/forms For brake fluid, I have been told by Advanced Autoparts guys that it is acceptable to mix it with motor oil (and diff fluid/ATF) and bring it on in. Only thing you are not supposed to mix with them is Carb Cleaner and Antifreeze. http://www.cdphe.state.co.us/hm/hhw/howto/oil.htm Antifreeze its acceptable to pour it in the toilet. |

Thanks Craig. I didn't do a very good google search. For anyone else in Colorado, explicitly stated here: http://www.cdphe.state.co.us/hm/hhw/hhwtable.htm
I'm using BimmerHaus. Also, don't forget, no shorts, you gotta wear pants. Edit: Bring extra t-shirts and do bring shorts for lunch and drive home. Also bring ~lots~ of fluids to drink.

In the past they haven't cared much about the no pants rule, in fact many of my instructors had shorts on. I'm gonna wear shorts, and stick jeans in the trunk just in case.
No Sid, haven't gotten my inspection done yet, going to try and shoot for this week, if I can get a break at work to go do it (probably Thurs/Fri.). That way if I need rotors or front tires (shouldn't) then I still have time to order a set and install. |

BTW. I think I am going to sell my old RFTs for cheap. I don't think I'll ever use them.
