Engine Version on N47 Diesel

I viewed on You Tube someone talking about different versions of this engine, they stated that you can check on the door sticker. My car is a E9O late 2010 M Sport with the 184 hp engine and the sticker says N47D20. Some have a letter after the D20 but mine has no letter. When i type N47D20 the pictures are not that of the one i have. Would someone know what version i have ?. I was informed this engine was also fitted to the first models of the F30
