i'm gettin mine put on next week (27th). temps are about 7-9 during the day and at nite here its getting down to -1 to -2

Non rft are way cheaper and you get more choices, I carry a slime puncture kit with compressor in the under trunk storage.

for winter, it will be safe to get RFT as you can still make it to the repair shop if your tire is punctured. otherwise, you (or your family) will freeze on the side of the road and wait for CAA.
