Yeah, so I offered to send payment immediately if the seller could confirm the details of the order like 3 days ago and nothing.

Not a vote of confidence.

I'll probably be ordering the same kit from Tischer for $50 cheaper and pick up a sirius control unit as well.

Tischer, or any other US bmw dealer, can't get the mtech kit, only the aero kit - two different kits

But you are refering only to the E92 right? This has to do with the DOT and the side marker (absence of). The E90 Mtech kit should be readily avalible.

You are right about the side marker, not familiar with the e90 kit, but Tischer's site only lists the aero kit I believe

Wow....amazing. Please go order from someone else. I am trying to get photos and get pricing on the M-Technik kit shipped here (US) for the E92. I'd like to give everyone all of the information (delivery time, photos, etc) before they send me money. That's what I would expect from someone trying to sell me something. This is hilarious...

Tisher is calling it the "M" Aerodynamic kit and by the looks of the front and rear bumpers this is the M-tech kit. The part number matches up to RealOEM for the same name an design (at least for the E90).

Wow, amazing, you've been so communicative thus far... I didn't ask for an E92 kit, nor did half of the other respondants to your thread.

You had already quoted me a price shipped to my zip code, all I wanted to do was get a final confirmation on the parts included before paypaling some dude on teh intarweb $1200. You said the stuff is here and in a warehouse, I didn't ask for photos. So what's the problem? Are you 12?

All you had to do was click reply and type 'yes' and you'd have your money.
