You're 100% right. I've read several times that WOT is same regardless of throttle, that's BS. WOT stock is more powerful than WOT linear

Gonna try out stage 2+ at the drag strip tomorrow night. Is there really an adaptation period after flashing? I want to try both stock and linear throttle.

I don't care for my ET's since I know my 60fts are going to be garbage thanks to my current tires, I'm just interested in the trap speed...

WOT at third gear and if you choose go all the way to fifth.

I only do third and shift into fourth and stop as I don't have enough road to do it safely on where I do it.

Ian say its best to drive for 50 miles to fully adapt after a re-flash + ecu reset.

No need to reset the ecu after you reflash ,it's clears all the dtcs !

What is the dtcs anyway, was always curious.

I may have mis-interpreted what Ian told me but I swear he said it was advisable to reset ecu as well after a map change.

I was using procede and so far so good - I like the smoothness of it in comparison. I did a review on the aussie sub forum in 1addicts of what I think between the two.

Of course it helps that I don't need to go to the ECU compartment so frequently, a lot of wear and tear in there from the constant installing and uninstalling

I definitely felt a difference in the mid range since COBB peaks at 18psi where as the procede aggressive maps doesn't go that high.

Other than having Cobb making my car remind me of a VTEC Honda at 4k rpms, its nice. Map 7 on the jb4 compared to Cobb Stage 2+ aggressive is nearly identical IMO, but I won't know for sure until I take it to PBIR tonite. Like I said, I don't care for my ET's as I know my times will be horrible thanks to my tires (RFT's = garbage), but I do want to see what it traps. I am hoping for at least 110mph tonite in 70 degree weather whereas I went 114mph in colder 50 degree weather with jb4 on map 7 using 93/E85.

likely a silly question...but, anyone with recent experiences with the amount of fuel economy changes with a stage 1 aggressive map, with the occasional, stopped and off the line, spirited driving session? Seen a older piece about din@n stage 1? indicating not a huge change. stock configured n54, ideally.
