Verazzano Bridge

Am I the only one who thinks that the Verazzono bridge is the worst standing structure in all of NYC?

I mean $10 to go on a bridge that is constantly under construction, leaking water, and always PACKED with traffic is in my book, the biggest ripoff.

Oh haiii... im from SI...

Seriously though, it sucks........ im glad that congestion fee didnt go through up in Albany... you couldve really ended up paying over $25 in tolls in one trip...

i think discussing Verazzano or GWB or BQE is pointless, all these roadways are under permanent construction, always something wrong.

BQE towards staten island has been under construction for at least 10 years and supposingly finished recently, its still an obstacle course...

Man, this topic reminds me why i'm happy i got off staten Island.

Instead now i get to deal with the Tappan Zee and GWB.

Nothing gets me more insane , then the leak coming from the lower level. All the water there using for the concrete pours off the lower level onto the roadway leading upto the bridge from the belt.

Nothing sucks more than having a freshly washed car... then getting soaked crossing that bridged.

Yesterday I got a car wash and had to go into SI for some work stuff... car gets soaked and then I got pulled over by SI Hwy Patrol for no front plate and tints. Lucky for me I only got a ticket for no Front plate

Last time I made the mistake of taking the lower level after a fresh wash... My car looked like I took it off roading.

I just gave the finger to all the construction workers to make myself feel better.

SI is the main reason i wont be getting another bike.... roads are way too jacked up....
