Which bushings affect traction?

So, I have replaced my springs and shocks. I still have no traction and the car seems to float under acceleration. I am thinking I need to replace sub frame bushings next. Car has 68K on the odometer. Anyone have any ideas?

You're talking about two independent things: the 'floaty' feeling and traction.

The floaty feeling mostly comes from soft bushings between the suspension components. Changing out the soft bushings will provide more direct road feedback and more precise control which means less guesswork handling the car at its limits. Driving an M3 will illustrate the difference very well.

Traction is primarily about the tires and the road surface. State what tires you're running. Double-check the pressures and ensure they are within spec.

M3 subframe bushings can help with the floaty feeling.

As CJ pointed out, traction has a lot to do with tires. Which tires are you using?
