Have a look for 5 series E60/E61 17" space savers as they will fit OK, although they are steel rather than alloy.
It may be worth a word with your local independant tyre factor - mine got me one for my E60, brand new BMW wheel and Conti tyre, for around £100, but this was three or four years ago! £3 wheelbrace from Aldi and a "recycled" Vauxhall Carlton jack. They don't call me a cheapskate for nothing!

Never thought of trying that, didn,t think it would fit.

As mine is a 330 will the Steel E60 Space Saver fit over the Disc/Calipers ?

Certainly far more knocking about and a lot cheaper for a skinflint like myself ;-)

Mine from the 530d fits my 335d, although I only tested it on the front!!

I can get you the part number of the wheel if you want

Should be OK for a 330 then, Cheers
