Zaino leather conditioner Z10

Just got a few bottles in the mail the other day and MAN THAT STUFF IS GREAT.

Squirted it directly on the seats and rubbed it in with my bare hands....came out awesome and smells like a new car.

One recomendation if you are going to do it....use rubber gloves or your hands will smell like new car for 2 days after. (Which actually wasn't a bad thing...every so often cup your hands...take a whiff...and remember that you drive a sweet arse car)

anyway....I highly recommend the Zaino Z-10

ps...i used to the use the meguires leather conditioner in the red spray bottle on my old car....NEVER AGAIN.

Try using a towel next time as opposed to hand or gloves.

You're right...it's really great stuff. Weird thing for me is the first time I used it, the leather smell stayed in the car for a long time. Now, I'm lucky I get about a week of that leather smell before it goes away.

No way! Doing it with your hands is part of the fun of it. Also, it works great.

Seriously, I apply the stuff as if I were putting sunscreen on -- put some in my hands, rub them together a bit, then smear it on the seats.

What about the Zaino cleaner? Do you use bare hands for that too?

Definitely not. I use an MF towel to scrub the seats with the cleaner. Probably should use a brush for very dirty seats, but I've never had to do that.

The conditioner, OTOH, is a lotion that goes on easily with bare hands (and leaves them feeling soft and smelling like a leather jacket, too).

Thanks but, I'll stick my hands smelling like hands as opposed to a leather jacket.

lol, funny stuff man. I guess people may look at you weird though when they see you standing there cupping your hands to your nose and breathing deeply though.

I haven't tried the Z10 yet, I have used the Zymol leather creme conditioner for a while and LOVE it. No greasy feel, leaves the leather feeling supple and soft, with a nice mild scent.

I found that MF towels really soak up the cleaner too much. Maybe I need to use a smaller MF towel.. Otherwise, I think half the bottle is just being soaked up!

You've got to use the rag wrapped around two or three fingers method.

I also have had a lot of success with the Z-10. I came in Smelling like leather... Wife recommended I wear it as cologne.

Though I was reading at a leather care site and they recommended just a warm damp wash cloth to clean and no treatment on the leather as it clogs pores and causes premature aging.

I dunno, So I've been using the warm washcloth, followed by lightly applied Z-10.

Z10 is awesome....makes my seats look, feel, smell brand new. Even the back seats that are hardly ever used.

Just wipe it on in globs and let it dry saok in overnight, the next morning you thing the leather fairy visited your car....Amazing Stuff.

I use the same method. Plus using your hands allows you to really work it into the seats and get the seams.

Here's another "YES" to your question.

By the way, I even love the smell of the Zaino detergent I use to wash the car. I smells like something you can eat.
