Haha I love how there is a p90x ad on the bimmerpost home page. Think we had anything to do with that?

Don't sweat the weekends my friend! Those are like a bonus! I assure you that you're body is unharmed. Now get back to work on that Ab ripper X!

Well I am very proud and happy to say that my little hybrid p90x training is paying off huge. I am doing this along with a buddy of mine. He is the control subject and I got stuck doing the crazy shit. Anyway after just one week i have taken a 1 1/2" of my waist and I am five lbs lighter. Sure its mostly water weight but hey its on hell of a start.
Just to give you a guys a lil sample of what I am doing. My diet is super strict. If it doesnt fly swim or run I dont eat it. This is only for two weeks just to flush my systems.
I do 1 hr of cardio in the am right upon waking up and p90x before bed. I am supplementing aswell. Mega man multi as well as so weight loss product my buddy got me from germany. It was hell let me just say.

I noticed for phase 2 the ab program doesn't change. I wanna do something different. Do any of you guys have any routines or DVDs you would recommend?

You can try the 10 minute trainer (abe workout) from Tony Horton. It's pretty damn good. I mix that up with ab ripper x just to keep things from getting too boring.

He's also got P90x+, it has a 22 minutes ab/core workout and it looks like it'll eat you alive haha

i felt great again after doing Cardio X last night...i can push through the entire thing without stopping. i was feeling slightly unmotivated after blowing off this past weekend's workouts. so against my own will...i weighed myself this morning(was trying to hold out for the 30-day mark)......and found that i have lost 7lbs!! that is a lot for me since i'm only trying to lose about 15lbs anyway....so that was definitely a motivating factor for me. now i can't wait to see day 60-90 results!! keep pushin guys...it works

I thought it was "Do your best...and forget the rest" lol

Tell me about it import36, first month (30 days) of eating right, taking in whey iso supplements, P90X 5 days a week and on a couple of days a secondary workout = 15lbs gone
