They're upside down. Make the shop flip em and quit using that shop. You seem to have problems with em

You are right about that....I researched and they have great reviews....had nice cars there....I am guessing they threw the camber out of wack because I am having rubbing issues on the sidewalls now...wasn't before this was done.

I doubt hwy patrol oversees mechanics and business licensing. They sure don't in CA. Contact BBB. What a hack shop. fyi, you often get what you pay for.

This was a misunderstanding...I went back to the shop and was pissed and the owner explained things. I picked up my car, he was not there...the guy I picked up the car from was supposed to call me before I picked up the car and also confirm that he talked to me before I left and he did not. My sensor was cracked and when they put it on the lift it gave....he ordered the part and the entire sensor assembly the minute it happened. The gentlemen that did not inform me of this has been fired...owners exact words "if a customer is aloud to leave my shop unhappy someone looses a job". He apologized, is paying for my car to be detailed, alignment and has offered to put my new rotors on free of charge when I receive them. He was VERY upset. He stated there is a reason I have heightened cars in here is because we do not due shit that was done to you....when he saw the bump stops (same guy that was fired put them on) he came un-glued.

This is good enough for me, he showed me the receipt and the sensor was bought the morning my car was in there.

ERr, well, I didn't mean that part. I was more talking about how great it must feel to KNOW that your car was in good hands and that things were taken care of. NOW you have a relationship with a reputable shop that will take that extra step to make sure things are correct for you

Win win win.

Sucks for the guy who lost his job but with the service he gave, he deserved to be fired.

Anyways, congrats on getting everything sorted out, OP!
